Registration fee in reais.

Observation: Inscriptions from the day October 10 (last date) can only be made on site with the current value.

The registration fee for the NORMVIII  includes: Entrance to all sessions of the symposium, Coffee Breaks, a symposium bag and associated materials.

Students: To qualify for the Student rate, you must send documentary proof that you are in full time study at a recognized educational institution and this must accompany your registration form.

What is the cancellation policy for the NORMVIII?

You may cancel your symposium place according to the following policy:
80% refund if cancellation is made up to September 15, 2016.
50% refund if cancellation is made between September 15 and October 1, 2016.
No refund will be given for cancellations made after October 1, 2016.

What is the transfer of registration policy for the symposium?
Anyone who has paid by September 17, 2016 can transfer his/her registration to another person, in the same category, at no additional cost.

Todo participante que tenha pago a inscrição até 17 de setembro de 2016, poderá transferir sua inscrição para outra pessoa, na mesma categoria, sem custo adicional.

Attention
Once the registration amount will come to Brazil, your credit card will be charged in BRL (Brazilian Reais). Pay attention to your credit card bill, it may vary depending on the currency fluctuation.

Important Notice Regarding Credit Card Payments
